What QuickFox did:

CMME came to Quick Fox Labs to increase their lead volume, quality of lead and reduce their cost per lead. 

Prior to engagement, CMME relied solely on Google Ads as its primary acquisition channel. This approach faced scalability limitations, with cost per lead exceeding £100. A comprehensive restructuring of the Google Ads account was implemented, alongside the introduction of a significantly lower-friction lead generation flow. These changes resulted in a reduced cost per lead, improved lead quality, enhanced lead qualification capabilities, and greater scalability.

In addition to optimising Google Ads, Meta Ads were introduced as a new acquisition channel. This channel had not previously been utilised by CMME. User-generated content (UGC) was leveraged, alongside insights gained from Google Ads performance, to establish a consistent and sustainable cost per lead across platforms. 

Results: 

  • Reduced cost per lead from £100+ to £30 per lead on both Meta & Google 

  • Consistently generate over 130 qualified leads per month 

  • Increased on-page conversion rate from 1% to 5%
