What QuickFox did:

Elsewhere coffee is a South London based roastery and collection of cafes that primarily sells their coffee in wholesale to businesses and offices. In 2025 they came to QuickFox to increase their D2C ecommerce sales and build more of an online retail presence.

Prior to coming to Quick Fox Labs, they ran some low level advertising campaigns, utilising Meta ads. Since then, Elsewhere has been advertised utilising google campaigns and Meta ads campaigns, running a host of strategies such as competitions, festive gifting bundles, new customer acquisition offers, and black friday sales.

Results: 

• Increased ecommerce revenue year on year by 258%

• Generated a blended return on ad spend of 7x

• Acquired 2980 new customers

• Increased conversion rate from 1.94% to 5%
