What we did: 

Fritton Lake are a leading luxury cabin escape in Norfolk. They came to Quick Fox with the goal of increasing bookings, revenue and shifting focus to their luxe offering for families. 

We worked with them to create structured and focused campaigns by season, offer and audience to meet these goals. We also implemented tracking to fully understand the flow of website users and where people were dropping off the booking process to help with website optimisation.

Results: 

  • Meet the entire year’s revenue targets by month 7, and ending the year with every month having growth. 

  • 4 x revenue in November – one of the most difficult months for bookings

  • Increased CTR to an average of 2.4%, up from 1% from their previous campaigns 

  • Tested and learned to understand which offers are the highest performing and structured them over the year for seasons and key booking periods
